ACCESSORIES AND ABETTORS ACT 1861 - SECT 8
Abettors in misdemeanors.

8. Whosoever shall aid, abet, counsel, or procure the commission of
any misdemeanor, whether the same be a misdemeanor at common law or
by virtue of any Act passed or to be passed, shall [without
prejudice to any other enactment] be liable to be tried, indicted,
and punished as a principal offender.
