AGRICULTURE (SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELFARE PROVISIONS) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1959 - SECT 12

Defence available to persons charged with offences.

12. It shall be a defence for a person charged with contravention of a
provision of this Act ... to prove that he used all due diligence to secure
compliance with that provision.
