AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH STATION ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1927 - SECT 3

Payments out of moneys provided by Parliament, and exemption of agreement from stamp duty.

3.(1) There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament such sums as
may under the scheduled agreement become payable by the Ministry of Finance to
the said Institute for the purposes of the Capital Fund, the Endowment Fund,
and the interim payment therein mentioned, not exceeding the respective
amounts therein specified.

(2) No stamp duty shall be charged on the scheduled agreement.
