AGRICULTURAL TRUST ACT (NORTHERN

6.(1) The Trust shall prepare and transmit to the Minister annually a report
setting out what has been done in the discharge of their functions under
this Act during the financial year last completed and the Minister shall lay a
copy of the report before each House of Parliament.

(2) The Trust shall keep proper accounts and other records (including accounts
of all payments made to or by the Trust) in such form as the Ministry may,
with the approval of the Ministry of Finance, determine.

(3) The Trust shall prepare and transmit to the Ministry not later than the
31st day of July in every year statements of account in respect of the
financial year then last previously occurring in such form and containing such
information as the Ministry may, with the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
determine, and the Ministry shall transmit those statements on or before the
31st August then next following to the Comptroller and Auditor General, who
shall examine and certify them to the Ministry and the Ministry shall cause
copies of the accounts so certified together with the reports of the
Comptroller and Auditor General thereon to be laid before each House of
Parliament.

(4) It shall be the duty of the Trust to vouch such statements of account to
the satisfaction of the Comptroller and Auditor General and in respect of the
examination and certification thereof by the Comptroller and Auditor General
in any year to pay to the Ministry of Finance for the credit of the Exchequer
such audit fees and expenses as that Ministry shall direct.
