BANKRUPTCY (IRELAND) AMENDMENT ACT 1872 - SECT 62

62. [In the [Bankruptcy Acts (Northern Ireland) 1857 to 1980], "process"
includes an enforcement order within the meaning of [the Judgments Enforcement
(Northern Ireland) Order 1981], [for the enforcement of a money judgment
within the meaning of [that Order]], a seizure by an enforcement officer made
pursuant to [Article 43 of that Order], an order of sequestration made
pursuant to [Article 111(1) of that Order] and a debtor's summons issued
pursuant to this Act.]
