DEVELOPMENT OF TOURIST TRAFFIC ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1948 - SECT 11

Registration regulations.

11. The Ministry may by regulations made on the recommendation of the Board
prescribe the general character, nature and extent of accommodation, service
provided and other qualifications which shall be requisite for the
registration of any catering establishment in any register.
