DEVELOPMENT OF TOURIST TRAFFIC ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1948 - SECT 5

Duties and powers of the Board.

5.(1) It shall be the general duty of the Board to promote the development of
tourist traffic in Northern Ireland and to encourage persons who reside
elsewhere to visit Northern Ireland.

(2) Subject to the provisions of this Act the Board may for the purposes
aforesaid exercise all or any of the powers which are specified in the First
Schedule to this Act or are otherwise conferred upon the Board by this Act.
