DEVELOPMENT OF TOURIST TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1963 - SECT 8

Supplemental provisions as to advisory committee on grants.

8.(1) In the exercise of their functions under section 7 the advisory
committee shall act in accordance with general directions given to them by
the Ministry with the approval of the Ministry of Finance.

(2) The Ministry may, out of moneys provided by Parliament, pay to members of
the advisory committee appointed under section 7 such travelling, subsistence
and other allowances as the Ministry may, with the approval of the Ministry of
Finance, determine.
