1956 - LONG TITLE

An Act to confirm, with modifications, certain educational endowments
schemes; and for purposes connected therewith.
[4th December 1956]
Retrospective confirmation and enactment of certain educational
endowment schemes.

EDUCATIONAL ENDOWMENTS (CONFIRMATION OF SCHEMES) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND)
1956 - SECT 1

1. The schemes named in the first column of the Schedule and
approved by the Court Orders referred to in the second column of
the Schedule shall, with the modifications thereof specified in the
third column of the Schedule, respectively have effect and be deemed
always to have had effect as if enacted by Parliament on the date
of the respective Court Orders.

Short title.

2. This Act may be cited as the Educational Endowments (Confirmation
of Schemes) Act (Northern Ireland), 1956.
