FINANCE ACT 1918

FINANCE ACT 1918 - LONG TITLE

An Act to grant certain duties of Customs and Inland Revenue
(including Excise), to alter other duties, and to amend the Law
relating to Customs and Inland Revenue (including Excise) and the
National Debt, and to make further provision in connection with
Finance.
[30th July 1918]
The Act, with the exception of sections 39 and 45(3), has been
repealed; for repealing authorities see the Chronological Table of
the Statutes (NI)

Section 39 amends s.35 of the Finance Act 1917 (c.31) (power of
trustees, &c. to borrow and invest in war securities)

Short title.

45. (3) This Act may be cited as the Finance Act 1918.
