FINANCE (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1949 - LONG
TITLE

An Act to make further provision with respect to the sale of tithe
rentcharges and perpetuity rents vested in the Ministry of Finance,
to the redemption or commutation of certain annual payments and to
certain agricultural loans; to make certain amendments in the Local
Government (Finance) Acts (Northern Ireland), 1929 to 1948; and for
purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.

1.Subs.(1) substitutes s.2 of 1930 c.22 (NI) (20 and 21 Geo.5);
subs.(2) substitutes s.34(2) of 1869 c.42; subs.(3) amends s.7 of
1872 c.90; subs.(4) rep. by SLR (NI) 1953

(5) Nothing in this section shall be taken to revive section four
of the Tithe Rentcharge (Ireland) Act, 1900.

Short title.

7.(1) This Act may be cited as the Finance (Miscellaneous
Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland), 1949.
