Short title and construction. 14.(1) This Act may be cited as the Finance (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland), 1954. Subs.(2)Death Duties (3) Sections two, three, four and five of this Act shall be construed as one with the Stamp Act, 1891. Schedule rep. by SLR 1973
