HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 34 



34. The Ministry may, by regulations, make provision with respect to the
examination and cleanliness of the persons and clothing of pupils in
attendance at grant-aided schools and, in particular, where action for the
examination or cleansing of a pupil cannot immediately take place, may provide
for the exclusion from school of such pupil.
