HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 36

36.(1) The Ministry may, in lieu or in supplementation of the provision of
accommodation by it under Article 15, make arrangements with

(a)a person registered in accordance with Schedule 5 in respect of a home for
persons in need;

(b)any person in respect of his private home;

(2) Any arrangements under paragraph (1) shall provide for the payment to the
person by whom the accommodation is provided of charges, at such rates as may
be determined by or under the arrangements, in respect of the accommodation
provided by that person; and any person accommodated therein shall make
payments accordingly to the person by whom the accommodation is provided.
