HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 40

40. The Ministry may, by regulations, make provision with respect to common
lodging-houses, including provision for registration and inspection of such
lodging-houses.
