HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 46 



46. The Ministry may provide, on such terms and conditions as may be agreed,
residential accommodation for

(a)officers employed for the purposes of any of its functions under this
Order;

(b)officers employed by a voluntary organisation for the purposes of any
services provided under this Order.
