HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 64

64. Except as provided by regulations, an arrangement shall not be made by a
Health and Social Services Board

(a)with a medical or dental practitioner, under which he is required or agrees
to provide pharmaceutical services to any person to whom he is rendering
general medical services or general dental services; or

(b)with a person who is not a pharmacist, for the dispensing of medicines.
