HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 72

72. It shall be the duty of the Ministry of Home Affairs to provide or secure
the provision of personal social services under the Children and Young Persons
Act (Northern Ireland) 1968 and the Adoption Act (Northern Ireland) 1967.
