HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 84

84. Where any difficulty arises under Articles 79 to 83 in the allocation to
Health and Social Services Boards of any property, the Ministry may determine
to which Health and Social Services Boards the property or any part thereof
shall be transferred.
