HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 91 



91. In respect of each financial year

(a)each Health and Social Services Board shall prepare and submit annually to
the Ministry accounts in such form as the Ministry may direct of endowments
and other property on trust and those accounts shall be audited by auditors
appointed by the Ministry;

(b)the Ministry shall prepare summarised accounts of endowments and other
property on trust;

(c)auditors appointed by the Ministry shall examine and certify the summarised
accounts, and the Ministry shall lay copies of them before each House of
Parliament.
