HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 104

104.(1) Each Health and Social Services Board, the Agency and the Staffs
Council, shall annually, at such time and in such form as the Ministry may
direct, make to the Minister a report of its work.

(2) The Ministry and the Ministry of Home Affairs shall jointly make to
Parliament an annual report giving an account of the exercise of their
functions under this Order.
