INTESTATES' ESTATES ACT 1890 - LONG TITLE

An Act to amend the law by making better provision for the Widows
of certain Intestates in the distribution of such Intestates'
Property.
[25th July 1890]
The Act has been repealed subject to a saving as respects the
estate of a husband dying intestate before 1.1.1956. (see 1955 c.24
(NI) s.46(b) sch.3)
