58.(1) Tribunals established under section 13 of the Industrial Training Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 shall, by the name of industrial tribunals, continue to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on them by or under that Act and any other statutory provision and shall also exercise the jurisdiction conferred on them by or under this Order. (2) The remedy of an employee for infringement of any of the rights conferred on him by any provision of this Order shall, if provision is made for a complaint to an industrial tribunal, be by way of such complaint in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Order and with tribunal regulations made under Article 59, and not otherwise. [(3) An industrial tribunal shall have jurisdiction to determine complaints relating to time off with pay for safety representatives appointed under regulations made under the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978.]
