INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 70

70. The Department may by order at any time vary

(a)the limit referred to in Article 42(5); and

(b)the limits imposed by paragraph 5(4) of Schedule 3 to the Act of 1965 and
by Articles 32(8) or 35(4) on the amount of a week's pay for the purposes of
those provisions.
