INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 14 



14.(1) Where the Agency thinks fit, it may give advice on any matter
pertaining to the conduct of industrial relations [or employment policies (in
so far as they relate to or are connected with industrial relations)] to any
employer, employers' association, trade union or other body.

(2) Where the Agency thinks fit, it may provide to employers, employers'
associations, trade unions and other interested bodies information relating to
good industrial relations practice [or employment policies (in so far as they
relate to or are connected with industrial relations)].

[(3) The Agency may publish

(a)general advice on any matter pertaining to the conduct of industrial
relations or employment policies (in so far as they relate to or are connected
with industrial relations); and

(b)general information relating to industrial relations or to employment
policies (in so far as they relate to or are connected with industrial
relations).]
