INDUSTRIAL TRAINING ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1964 - SECT 16 

Powers of education and library boards.

16. The facilities for further education that may be provided [by an education
and library board under Article 23 of the Education and Libraries (Northern
Ireland) Order 1972].

(a)shall be deemed to include and always to have included facilities for
vocational and industrial training;
