JURIES PROCEDURE (IRELAND) ACT 1876 - SECT 10

Challenges in civil and criminal trials.

10. In all civil trials in the superior courts, the plaintiff or plaintiffs on
the one hand, and the defendant or defendants on the other respectively, shall
be entitled to challenge without cause assigned in all six jurors, ....
