MAGISTRATES' COURTS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1964 - SECT 97

97.(1) On the hearing of a complaint for the enforcement, revocation,
suspension, variation or discharge of an order for the periodical payment of
money a court of summary jurisdiction may remit the whole or any part of any
arrears due under the order at the time the complaint is heard and determined.
