MINERAL DEVELOPMENT ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 45

45. Where any proceedings are taken before the Lands Tribunal under this Act,
the Tribunal may, at any stage of the proceedings, state in the form of a
special case for the opinion of the Court of Appeal any question of law
arising in the course of those proceedings.
