POLICE ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1970 - SECT 33

Orders and regulations.

33.Subs.(1), with Schedule 3, effects amendments

(2) The enactments set out in Schedule 4 are hereby repealed to the extent
mentioned in column 3 thereof so, however, that the repeal of any enactment
relating to or affecting superannuation or other allowances shall not affect
the future operation of that enactment as respects superannuation or
allowances payable in respect of any service completed before the date on
which the repeal takes effect.
