PLANNING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 21

21.(1) The Ministry shall keep one or more registers containing information
with respect to applications for planning permission including information as
to the manner in which such applications have been dealt with.

(2) Every register kept under paragraph (1) shall be available for inspection
by the public at all reasonsable hours.
