PLANNING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 90 



90. Where a person would have been entitled to make a Part I application
(within the meaning of the Act of 1965) in relation to any land if that land
had not at the specified date (as defined in section 5(11) of that Act) been
registered land he shall be deemed to have been so entitled at that date.
