RAILWAY ACT (IRELAND) 1851 - SECT 20

Nothing to prevent company requiring further evidence of title, at their own costs.

20. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the company from requiring any
further abstract or evidence of title respecting any lands included in any
such award as aforesaid, in addition to the abstract or statement
herein-before mentioned, if they think fit; so as the same be obtained at the
costs of the company.
