SOLICITORS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 45 



45. Where an application is made under Article 44(1)(a) the Disciplinary
Committee shall inform the Society thereof and shall take into consideration
any representations which may be made to them by the Society respecting the
application and

(a)if they decide that the name of the applicant may properly be removed from
the roll without further inquiry, shall order accordingly; or

(b)if they decide that there is cause for inquiry, shall hold an inquiry.
