SOLICITORS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 61

61. The Council may make regulations with respect to the procedure to be
followed in giving effect to the provisions of this Part and Schedule 2 and
with respect to any matters incidental, ancillary or supplemental to those
provisions or concerning the administration or protection of the Compensation
Fund.
