74.(1) Anything authorised or required to be done by the Society under or in pursuance of this Order or any other enactment or of any instrument made thereunder may be done on behalf of the Society by the Council. (2) Any document issued by the Society for any purpose whatsoever may be signed on behalf of the Society by the secretary and by such other person or persons (if any) as the Council may direct. (3) Where the Society are entitled to appear and be heard on or with reference to any matter, the Society may do so either by counsel or solicitor. (4) In any proceedings a document purporting to be certified by the secretary as a copy of a resolution passed by the Council or a committee thereof on a specified date shall be evidence that that resolution was duly passed by the Council or committee on that date.
