75.(1) Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Society may make regulations (a)for the purpose of the due execution of those provisions; (b)with respect to any matter which under this Order may or is to be prescribed or is to be provided for by regulations; (2) All regulations shall be made with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice. (3) The powers conferred by [section 55 of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978] on the Northern Ireland Supreme Court Rules Committee to make rules of court shall be exercisable in relation to any function conferred on the Lord Chief Justice by this Order.
