SOLICITORS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 32

32. On the death of a solicitor his personal representatives may,
notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any enactment, appoint a duly
qualified solicitor to carry on the practice of the deceased solicitor for the
purpose of the beneficial winding-up thereof for such reasonable period and on
such terms as the Society may approve.
