MARKETING OF POULTRY ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1949 - SECT 6

Records and returns.

6.(1) Licence-holders and holders of permits shall keep such records and shall
furnish to the Ministry [or a person duly authorised for the purpose by
the Ministry] in the prescribed manner and at the prescribed times such
returns [and other documents] as may be prescribed. Any such records shall be
open to inspection at all reasonable times by a duly authorised officer of
the Ministry. If the licence-holder or holder of a permit wilfully makes
default in complying with the requirements of this sub-section, or if he makes
any false or fraudulent statement in any record or return [or document] kept
or furnished in pursuance of this sub-section, he shall be guilty of an
offence under this Act.

(2) No individual return or part of a return [and no other document or part of
a document] furnished under this section shall be published or disclosed
except for the purposes of a prosecution under this Act.
