TRUCK ACT 1896 - SECT 12

Short title and construction.

12. This Act may be cited as the Truck Act, 1896; and the Truck Acts, 1831 and
1887, and this Act shall be construed together as one Act and may be cited
collectively as the Truck Acts, 1831 to 1896.
