TRUSTEE (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1962 - SECT 6

6. It is hereby declared that the references in sections four and six of the
Trustee Act to a trustee having power to make certain investments include
references to a trustee having such a power by virtue of the Trustee Act or
any other provision of the law for the time being in force in Northern
Ireland.
