TRADE DISPUTES AND TRADE UNIONS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1958 - SECT 1 



1. The provisions of sections one to three, sections five to seven and
sub-section (2) of section nine of the Trade Disputes and Trade Unions Act
(Northern Ireland), 1927, are hereby repealed and every enactment and rule of
law amended or otherwise affected by those provisions shall, as from the
commencement of this Act, have effect as if those provisions had not been
passed.
