WILD BIRDS PROTECTION ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1931 - SECT 7A 

Restriction on dealing in birds.

7A.Subs.(1)(2) rep. by 1953 c.24 (NI) s.80 sch.4

(3) Section three of the Game Preservation Act (Northern Ireland), 1928 (which
relates to the register to be kept by a holder of a licence to deal in game)
shall have effect as if the reference to game

(a)where it secondly occurs in sub-section (1); and

(b)in sub-section (2);

Marking of packages containing birds.
