1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Finance (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 -� Commencement -�

Para. (5) spent
(6) Part VI shall be construed as one with the Miscellaneous Transferred Excise Duties Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 [1972 c.11] .
2. The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 [1954 c.33] shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to an Act of the Parliament of Northern Ireland.
