PLANT HEALTH
The Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005

	Made	19th May 2005
	Coming into operation	10th June 2005

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development[1] in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 2[2], 3(1)[3], 3B[4], and 4(1)[5] of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967[6], and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement
     1. This Order may be cited as the Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2005.

Amendment of the Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005
     2. - (1) The Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005[7] shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

    (2) In Article 13(2) for the words "Subject to paragraph (3) an" there shall be substituted the word "An".

    (3) In Article 15(1)(a) for the words "Articles 3 or 5" there shall be substituted "Articles 3, 5, 6, 7(1) or (3)".

This Order removes drafting defects from the Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005.
