HOUSING

The Housing (Amendment) (2006 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007

  Made 25th January 2007 

The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Housing (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006[1]:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Amendment) (2006 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.

Appointed Day
     2. Article 3 of, and the Schedule to, the Housing (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 shall come into operation on 1st April 2007.
