The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing and Registration of Clubs Amendment (2011 Act) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of sections 13 and 14 of the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 is 1st March 2012.
