A Creditor of a bastard deceased pursued a declarator of his bastardy, that he himself was a lawful creditor, and the estate liable to his debts, and that it ought to be adjudged to him, there being no donatar; and called the Officers of State. Upon a proof, we found, and decerned, and declared accordingly.
