[1]       This action called before me for a debate along with the cases of Duncan v Glasa LLP
(CA 137/18) and Kildermorie Partnership v Glasa LLP (CA 138/18). The court was asked to
answer a number of questions common to all three cases. The questions dealt with issues in
the three cases as a whole, and are not ascribed to a particular case. My opinion of today’s
date in Duncan v Glasa LLP [2020] CSOH 26 is the lead opinion and covers all three cases.
