The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 7(3) of the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order: Citation, extent and interpretation 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 (Commencement No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2000 and extends to Scotland only. (2) In this Order, "the Act" means the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999. Provisions of the Act coming into force on 29th September 2000 2. The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 29th September 2000:-
(b) paragraphs 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17 and 18 of Schedule 2 to the Act.
